Inquiry-based learning, is a teaching framework based on students' interests and curiosities.
It focuses on guiding students through a process of discovery and learnings unlike the traditional learning system that focuses on memorizing facts and figures.
This indicates towards defining shift in modern education from the testing and result-driven learning modules to curiosity-driven dynamics in education.
Such a change is likely to fit the future learning needs since students in the coming decades (and centuries) are more likely to be more inclined towards self learning and multi-disciplinary approach that would require a lot more flexibility that the traditional learning system offers.
